Venture Capital Partners LLC seeks unique investment opportunities in later stage private companies and small to mid sized public companies where we can add significant value, and leverage our strategic partners and global distribution network.

We provide merchant banking services to management teams and corporations interested in long- term success, and integrity. Venture Capital Partners acts as a primary consultant or deal sponsor and is responsible for all of the corporate finance activities. We will arrange the financing, advise on acquisitions, help recruit management, coordinate the legal and accounting advisors, select underwriters, and provide ongoing strategic advice through board representation.

Our merchant banking activities include equity involvement, primarily focused on securities related financing solutions, in addition to advisory services to client companies. This is often done in conjunction with investment capital provided by our network of qualified institutions and investors. Our strategic advisory services add immediate value by exposing our clients to a broad range of investment banks, analysts, and financing opportunities, which are not readily available to most small to mid sized companies. We bring opportunity and capital together.

Our high-level transactional expertise and streamlined approval process allow us to offer creatively structured financings on a timely basis. We prefer to take minority positions (less than 10%) in companies that have strong and reputable management teams, quality assets and an established operational base. We typically agree to accept board representation in order to provide strategic guidance and to promote effective corporate governance practices. A strong partnership with management is critical to making profitable investments.
